Join the Movement

KIWALD ENTREPRENEURS invites individuals, corporations, and development partners to join us in building sustainable livelihoods in Northern Uganda. Your support can be directed toward specific, measurable initiatives within our ecosystem.

5.1 Financial Contribution (Donor Focus)

Financial support is crucial for scaling our high-impact programs. Funds are prioritized for program delivery over administrative overhead.

Fund a Franchise Startup: Provide the \approx UGX 2.9 million seed capital required to launch a standardized micro-enterprise (KUBs, KGS, KSS) for an unemployed youth.

Support K-CAP Aggregation: Fund the purchase of climate-smart processing equipment (e.g., grain millers) to increase farmer profitability and sustainability.

Sponsor a Cohort: Cover the training costs for 50 vulnerable youth to attend a full 6-month certified course at the KVSI.

General Operating Support: Contribute to essential costs (salaries for technical leads, transportation) that enable overall program efficiency.

5.2 In-Kind & Operational Support (Corporate/NGO Focus)

We seek tangible donations that directly enhance our operational capacity and training quality.

Digital Empowerment: Donate new or used/refurbished laptops, projectors, and printers to equip the Youth Training Hub.

Training Supplies: Provide essential tools, machinery, and materials for the KVSI (e.g., tailoring machines, welding gear, farming inputs).

Infrastructure Support: Provide low-cost building materials or assist with the renovation of the proposed Youth Empowerment Hub facility.

5.3 Time, Skills, and Expertise (Volunteer/Diaspora Focus)

Lend your professional expertise to mentor our leaders and trainees.

Virtual Mentorship: Provide weekly or monthly online coaching to our Franchise Leads on topics like financial management, customer service, or inventory control.

IEW Guest Speaker: Serve as a motivating speaker or trainer during our Inspire Every Weekend (IEW) sessions (in-person or virtual) on topics of personal mastery or entrepreneurship.

Technical Assistance: Offer pro-bono support in specific areas such as grant writing, organizational audit, or specialized curriculum design (e.g., advanced mechanics).

5.4 Strategic Collaboration (Local/Government Focus)

We actively seek MOUs that create a platform for joint action and policy alignment.

Public-Private Partnership (PPP): Formalize an agreement (MOU) to utilize public assets (like the Youth Hub facility) in exchange for services-in-kind (training quotas, maintenance).

K-LIFE Job Placement: Partner with KIWALD to hire reliable, trained youth labor from the K-LIFE program for short-term or contractual needs.

Research & Data Sharing: Collaborate on studies related to youth employment, climate adaptation, or market demand in Northern Uganda.
